Your 75 minute Get Started session with our team will provide you with:
* Help in developing your personalized macro targets (carbs/protein/fat)
* Food lists, recipe resources, meal plans and other resources for your keto toolbox
* When and how to monitor glucose and ketones
* Suggestions on when and how to layer in nutritional, botanical and ketone supplements
* Optional: How to get the most out of Cronometer, our favorite food and biometric tracker!
* And of course, we address your major questions and concerns!
By the end of this session, you will have a basic nutrition plan and a roadmap for the journey ahead.
To get started, click on Enroll and submit the Intake. We’ll reach out to you to schedule your session. On payment, we’ll send you our new KetoMetabolic Quickstart Guide.
(Our session fee covers the time needed to thorougly review your Intake, prepare our notes and questions, and develop your personalized nutrition plan; all prior to meeting with you. We also send a Follow-Up with additional resources. All together, that amounts to a 4 hr committment to each new client.)

Zoom Video Conferencing: With few exceptions, sessions are conducted via Zoom video. We’ll send you a link that does not require you to download the Zoom app.
Practice Better Health Portal: We use a secure client platform to store your forms and records and to share our materials with you. After submitting the Intake, you will receive an invitation to the portal.
